Once a hero of the Republic, who got through Mandalorian Wars and returned as a Sith Lord, Darth Revan is my favourite character from expanded univese, and one of the best characters ever besides Vader, in my opinion.

Well he did turn to the dark side again but he returned to the light but different, he's neither Sith nor Jedi, but he is in the middle.
